A senior council of high druids meeting to discuss the otherwise informal organization of the druids of Etra in all her forms. They have tasked themselves with maintaining nature's place in the world, to varying degrees of conceptual purity and resistance against civilization. The highest of all druid circles, at the top of the order, is the Grand Druid, whose objectives remain unclear.
